Baltimore boasts three bars that cater to gay women, a few bars that have lesbian
nights and a whole host of all around queer bars and clubs! You are sure to find

Coconuts has one pool table, a pretty large dance floor and a number of special nights. The first
Thursday of the month is the Shawanna Alexander Show. Second Thursday of the month is old
school house, R&B, classics, hip hop and reggae. Every Friday is DJ Rosie and ever first Saturday
is DJ Vonda spinning old and new school hip hop.
Tuesdays: Quarter wings, Free Pool and Renee's Famous Watermelon Patch
Wednesdays: Karaoke, $2 Pint Coors Lite
Thursdays: $2 Domestics, $4 dozen steamed shrimp with drink purchase
Friday: $2 Coors bottle
Saturday: $2 Miller Lite bottles

"Grab a cold one or a hottie!"
Located in Canton, this bar is split into three rooms. The main room hosts the large tv and the dance floor,
the back room contains two pool tables, while the back of the bar has plenty of chairs and tables to sit back
and talk. The bar has a number of beers on tap and does serve traditional pub fare. It's main clientele is
women but depending on the night it will draw a pretty diverse crowd.
Tuesdays: $1.50 domestics, $5.95 1/2lb steamed shrimp, $5 pitchers for flipcup, Karaoke 9pm.
Wednesdays: Smoke Free Open Mic night, $1 domestics and 25cent wings
Thursdays: Karaoke 9pm-2am, $2 Amstel Lite & Heineken bottles, $3 burger
Fridays & Saturdays: 9pm, Various DJs, $1 and $2 Drink Specials All Night Long!
Sundays: $1 domestic drafts and FREE POOL from open to close

The Hippo, located in Mt Vernon, has three rooms. The main bar with two pool tables and a few traditional
tables, a back bar with a Piano and more seating, and a separate room that has a large dance floor, two bars,
and plenty of space to just stand back and watch. Most days this is more a guys place though it does have a
decent amount of women, but the first Sunday of every month is, Ladies Tea, when things change and the
Hippo becomes the party to be at for the ladies!

This one time neighborhood bar has grown into four separate bars over the years. It still has the downstairs
with good happy hours and small-town feel, but now there is a pool room, an upstairs video bar and the

Wednesday night from 7pm to close is ok by me!
